What do you see on the member page?
Choose the closest message or symptom. These steps use the existing account and wallet controls; this guide does not inspect your wallet or change your membership.
01I see “Not verified” or a sign-in button.
Start with your site account.
- Open Members and select Sign in with ChatGPT. Use the same account you used on your last visit.
- Choose Verify Coinbase Wallet or Use browser wallet after sign-in.
- Read and sign the CRSN membership message in the wallet that holds your CRSN. The message verifies ownership; it does not transfer tokens.
02I cancelled the message, or verification expired.
Request a new message.
- Return to Members. If the page asks you to verify, choose your wallet again.
- Complete the new message within five minutes. An old or already used challenge cannot be reused.
- A successful wallet proof lasts up to seven days. If the page already shows a verified badge, use Refresh membership instead.
03My wallet shows CRSN, but my badge or room is missing.
Check the address, network and balance.
- Use Holder tools to look up the public address that actually holds your CRSN on Ethereum mainnet.
- Compare that address with the linked address shown in Members. CRSN on another network and Uniswap liquidity tokens do not count toward these room thresholds.
- Compare the current CRSN balance with the tier requirements. After a confirmed transfer, select Refresh membership. If the linked wallet is wrong, use Unlink wallet, then verify the correct wallet; this changes the site link, not your holdings.
04It says this wallet is linked to another account.
Return to the original site account.
- Sign out of the current site account and sign in with the ChatGPT account used for the original wallet verification.
- Use that account to access membership. If you want to move the link, unlink the wallet there before verifying it in a different site account.
- Do not move tokens or create a new wallet just to troubleshoot an account-link message. A wallet can be linked to one site account at a time.
05I have a badge, but a higher room is locked.
Compare the room with your current tier.
- Explorer requires 100,000 CRSN, Builder 500,000 and Inner Circle 1,000,000 in the linked wallet.
- Higher tiers include lower rooms. Transferring or selling CRSN can reduce future access even when you previously qualified.
- The amounts are fixed token thresholds. An old dollar-value reference does not establish eligibility. Compare the rewards before deciding what suits you.
06It says the service or wallet check is unavailable.
Wait, then retry the same step.
- Keep your existing wallet and account. A failed Ethereum-provider check cannot confirm access, so private content stays closed.
- Refresh the member page and retry after a short wait. If asked to verify again, read the new message before signing.
- If the issue persists, note the exact error and the step that caused it. Never send a recovery phrase, private key or payment to someone offering to repair verification.
07It says my account is restricted.
This needs a community-owner review.
- A restriction is a moderation decision. Refreshing a balance does not remove it.
- Only the community owner can restore a restricted account. There is no public support contact listed yet; do not trust an unsolicited person claiming to be support.
- A site restriction does not transfer or freeze your CRSN. Unlinking is unavailable while the account is restricted.
An empty music vault is a separate question: only recordings actually published for your tier can appear. Read the playback and release answers.

Membership
My badge has not appeared.
Sign in, verify the wallet that holds CRSN and refresh membership. A public address lookup alone does not prove ownership. Explorer requires at least 100,000 CRSN on Ethereum mainnet.
The site says my wallet is linked elsewhere.
Use the same ChatGPT account you used for the original verification. A wallet can belong to one site account at a time. If needed, unlink it in the original account before linking it again.
I held enough tokens before, but a room is locked now.
The server checks the current wallet balance. A transfer or sale can lower eligibility. Proof also expires after up to seven days. Reverify if requested, then refresh membership.
Do liquidity tokens count toward my badge?
No. The member service checks CRSN itself in the linked wallet. A Uniswap liquidity position is a separate asset and does not count toward the tier threshold.
Wallet
CRSN is missing from my wallet’s asset list.
Check the exact address, Ethereum mainnet and the CRSN contract in the public holder tools. If the network balance exists, consult your wallet provider’s token-display instructions. A missing icon or dollar quote does not erase an on-chain balance.
The wallet shows ETH, but the transaction cannot use it.
Confirm which network holds the ETH. An address can show separate balances on Ethereum and other networks. The CRSN token and pool are on Ethereum mainnet. Leave enough Ethereum ETH for the actual network fee.
The wallet message was cancelled or expired.
Return to Members and start verification again. Read the new message in your wallet before approving it. A challenge lasts five minutes and can only be used once. Do not enter a recovery phrase into the site.
Music
The vault is empty.
No eligible recording has been published for your tier. The vault does not generate music automatically. No release schedule is promised; published recordings will appear in the member area.
A track disappeared or will not play.
Refresh your membership and retry. The owner may have unpublished the track, your eligibility may have changed, or a temporary service issue may prevent playback. Do not send tokens to anyone claiming a payment is needed to repair access.
Can I download, sample or repost a private track?
The standard membership permission is personal listening. It does not grant redistribution, sampling or commercial-use rights. Additional permissions would need to be supplied explicitly by the relevant rights holders.
Moderation
How do I report a room message?
Use Report on the message and give a short, specific reason. Do not include secrets. The project owner can review reports, hide messages and restrict or restore member accounts.
My account was restricted.
The restriction is a community moderation decision. It does not transfer or freeze your CRSN tokens. The owner can restore access. Restricted accounts cannot bypass a restriction by unlinking the wallet.
Markets
Why does a badge cost more to buy than its reference value?
A spot value uses the pool’s current ratio. A purchase changes that ratio, especially in a small pool. The badge quantities are fixed token amounts, not fixed dollar checkout prices. Try the interactive lab to see the difference.
Is CRSN listed on Coinbase Exchange or the major trackers?
A token held in Coinbase Wallet is not automatically listed on Coinbase Exchange. No accepted CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap listing is claimed. Use the verified Uniswap route and project records to identify the token.
